Can I cancel my LifePlay order?

Once an order is placed on the LifePlay, it can be cancelled within 24 hours. After 24 hours we send all new orders to our warehouse to be packed for shipping as soon as possible.

Can I return my product?

LifePlay offers a 7-day money back guarantee only if there is any kind of misprint happens, or products comes damaged to you from the LifePlay, you can return it within 7 days of shipment for
a full product refund.

What If My Shirt Colour or Print Got Washed Off or Faded ?

If it happens just send us the pic of faded shirt along with the order Id we will do full refund in 24 hours without asking any questions.

What If The Size Of T-Shirt Is Bigger Or Smaller Than What Is Mentioned In Size Chart?

We will do free replacement if size measurements will not match with dimensions mentioned in our size chart. Please note that there is 4% error tolerance. If that happens please take measurement of the t-shirt you received and send us pic of it showing that on our whatsapp handle at 9997929459 you can also mail us at info@Lifeplay.in but it will only slow down the procedure.

What If Am Not Satisfied With The Quality ?

The shirts are made with 100% pure cotton, we cannot give you refund in case you don’t like premium quality fabric.

What If I Didn’t Get My Order In Committed Time Frame?

We commit to deliver all orders in 7 business days and offer partial refund policy in case of production delay. Please note we can’t cancel and refund order in case of delay happened due to reason beyond control like govt tax scan holds, natural calamities and octroi issue.

 

Notice – There is a possibility of slight variation in design image specially with colors like neon, refund request will be not accepted in case of slight variation in colors.  

To initiate a refund and to arrange for the return of the product, email LifePlay at the info@lifeplay.in. Customer will be responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to LifePlay.
